Weekend-of Package

For the DIY bride who wants help on your big day!

Please call for availability up to three months prior to your wedding day. *Not available for Tent/ Outdoor weddings

Contract review – will need copies to be on hand
Attendance at rehearsal for final site walkthrough and introductions {1 hour}
Assistance with setup and take-down of décor
Site Management/ working with and coordinating all vendors and staff the day of the wedding to ensure everything is on time and perfect
Distribution of final payments and tips to vendors
Final wrap-up of gifts and personal items; delivery to the bridal suite or designated driver
Use of our emergency kit for any unexpected needs
We will be onsite for your wedding day through take-down in the evening.

Invitations

We offer a large variety of designs for you to choose from, or we can work together to create something that is completely yours. Any design that you choose can be used throughout your wedding. We will follow this design through on your programs, escort cards, menu cards, favor containers, labels, postage, thank you cards, table numbers, and any other printed décor items. We offer budget-friendly options as well as custom designs, and we’ll also gladly assist the DIY bride.

Let us work with you to create your design. We will print your invitations for you on our professional quality printers, and you can do the rest, if you choose.
